Refund & Returns Policy
Our promise
Every phone is graded, tested and backed by a 12-month warranty. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. This policy sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded.
14-day change of mind
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return your phone for a refund, provided it's in the same condition you received it — undamaged, with no new wear, and factory reset with Find My / Google account removed. Change-of-mind return postage is covered by the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the phone, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Grade-match guarantee
We grade honestly. If a phone arrives in worse cosmetic condition than the grade you ordered, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace it, drop you to the correct grade with a partial refund, or refund you in full — your choice. We cover return postage in this case.
Faulty or not as described
If a phone develops a fault, it's covered by your free 12-month warranty (extendable to 24 months) plus your ACL rights. We'll repair, replace or refund depending on the issue. We cover postage both ways for warranty claims.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and a short description (and photos, if cosmetic). We'll send return instructions and an address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the phone. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
