What does "refurbished" actually mean?

Every phone is pre-owned, then professionally inspected, tested across 30+ points, repaired with genuine or premium parts where needed, data-wiped and reset. Then it's graded and backed by our 12-month warranty.

Are the phones unlocked?

Yes - every handset is factory unlocked and works with any Australian carrier. Just add your SIM or eSIM.

What's the battery like?

Guaranteed at 80% health or higher on every phone, whatever the grade. Want a brand-new 100% battery instead? Add one where it's offered - the price is shown on the product page.

What warranty do I get?

A 12-month warranty is included free, extendable to 24 months with our Extended Warranty add-on - on top of your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes - 14-day change-of-mind returns. If a phone doesn't match the grade you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
