Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post, on a tracked service. We currently don't ship internationally.

Rates

Flat $12 tracked shipping on every order — or free shipping on orders over $500. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include GST.

Dispatch & delivery

Every phone is checked and prepared before it leaves us. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, and most arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your phone ships.

If anything is going to take longer than that, we'll contact you before you're left wondering.

Safe delivery

Parcels are sent with tracking and may require a signature on delivery for security. If nobody's home, Australia Post will leave a card or redirect to a nearby collection point.

Returns

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility. Faulty or warranty returns are covered by us. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
