Every phone is a pre-owned device that we've professionally inspected, tested across 30+ points, repaired where needed with genuine or premium parts, data-wiped and reset. It's then graded for cosmetic condition and backed by our 12-month warranty. We never sell motherboard-repaired phones.

Yes. Every handset is factory unlocked and works with any Australian carrier - just add your SIM or eSIM.

Battery health is guaranteed at 80% or higher on every phone, whatever the grade. Want a brand-new 100% battery instead? You can add one where it's offered - the price is shown on the product page.

Every phone includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing and hardware faults. You can extend this to 24 months by adding our Extended Warranty at checkout. All of this is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Colour is supplied as available, since stock varies. Let us know a preference in your order notes and we'll do our best to match it - if we can't, we'll always get in touch before shipping.

Grades describe cosmetic condition only - from Good (visible wear, best value) up to As New (indistinguishable from new). Every grade is fully tested and works identically. See our How We Grade page for the full breakdown.

Yes - we offer a 14-day change-of-mind return. The phone needs to be in the same condition you received it. If it doesn't match the grade you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Your handset, a new compatible charging cable and a SIM tool. Chargers and headphones aren't included (matching how these phones ship new) - which keeps both the price and the e-waste down.

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched same day, with tracked Australia-wide shipping. Most metro areas arrive within 2-4 business days.

Completely. Every device is fully erased and factory reset before it reaches you, and we never store any previous owner's data.
