How we grade our refurbished phones
Every phone we sell is professionally inspected, tested across 30+ functional checks, and assigned a cosmetic grade so you know exactly what you're getting. Grades describe appearance only - every device, regardless of grade, is fully working, factory unlocked, data-wiped, and backed by our 12-month warranty.
The four grades
As New
Indistinguishable from a brand-new device. No visible wear on screen or body. The closest you can get to new, without the new price.
Excellent
Minimal signs of use. Near-flawless screen and body with only the faintest marks, if any. Looks great from any normal viewing distance.
Very Good
Light signs of use. Minor scratches that are only really noticeable up close and under light. Screen is clean to the eye. A great balance of price and condition.
Good - our best value
A phone that has been well used. Expect visible scratches, scuffs and minor marks, and possibly light marks on the screen that don't affect use. Everything works perfectly. Ideal if you care about price more than looks (or you're putting a case on anyway).

- Colour supplied as available - tell us a preference in your order notes and we'll do our best to match it.
- 12-month warranty included free, with an optional 24-month Extended Warranty available.

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return. If your phone doesn't match the grade you ordered, we'll make it right - replacement or full refund.
