Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return on all products. To be eligible, the device must be in the same condition you received it. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

If the device does not match the grade or description you ordered, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Warranty Policy

Every device includes a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing and hardware defects including battery, camera, screen, charging port, and component failures. Excludes accidental damage and unauthorised repairs.

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except for order fulfillment. Payment information is processed securely and never stored on our servers.

Terms of Service

By placing an order with Mayfield Gadgets, you agree that all products are refurbished and graded according to our grading standards. Prices are in AUD including GST.
